I knew Josh through mutual friends and when I decided to buy I started talking to him about being my agent. I knew he was laid back and easy to talk to but also professional and knowledgeable about the market. Early on I shared what I wanted for myself and my two daughters and we started talking about property types and locations. He was always available for my questions but gave me space as I took over 6 months to secure a new job and get pre-approval for a mortgage. Once I was ready, we knew exactly what I was looking for and within 8 days I was under contract. The process from there with him was seamless through closing. All in all, I had a very positive experience with Josh and Coldwell Banker and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

Josh was an awesome real estate agent. He went above and beyond and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He helped find us our dream home!

Joshua was amazing in getting me through a difficult sale process. He was very knowledgeable and calming. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. He is also quick to respond when he is needed. I don’t believe anyone could go wrong in contracting with Joshua.

Josh found us a nice house in a great neighborhood within our price range and was a pleasure to work with. He also got us in touch with a great lawyer who was very thorough. We had a few houses in mind going in, but ultimately went with a charming cape he brought to our attention. We didn't even consider it because of my height, but he figured out this cape was renovated for tall people, so best of both worlds.
